MagPro Mfg operates a dedicated fridge magnet factory โ not a trading company that outsources production. Because we control every step from mold making to final packaging, we deliver consistent quality, verifiable lead times and factory-direct pricing that no middleman can match.
Our 5,000-square-meter facility runs three dedicated production lines: magnetic paper (flat magnets), soft PVC (3D molded magnets), and hard enamel (metal magnets). Each line has its own team, equipment and quality checkpoints.

In-house CNC machining develops custom molds for die-cut shapes and 3D soft PVC designs. Typical mold lead time is 5-8 days.
UV digital, silk screen and pad printing with Pantone color matching and free digital proofs before production.

Every magnet order follows the same controlled process, from your design to our quality-checked shipment.
Your artwork is refined for production and, for custom shapes, a steel mold is CNC-machined in-house. We send a free digital proof before any physical work begins.
Flat magnets are UV-printed onto magnetic sheet and die-cut; soft PVC magnets are injected into molds; hard enamel magnets are stamped and color-filled by hand.
Printed faces are laminated to the magnetic backing, then the magnets are magnetized and finished (epoxy dome, keyring loops, bottle openers, etc.).
Every magnet passes a visual and functional check โ including magnetic pull-force testing โ before it reaches packaging.
Products are packed to your specification (retail or bulk) and shipped with full tracking. A batch QC report is included with every order.
Four-stage inspection means defects are caught before they ship โ not after.
Magnetic sheet, PVC compound and inks are tested on arrival against our material spec sheets.
Before mass production, a first-article sample is approved against your digital proof and Pantone reference.
Hourly line sampling checks color, registration, cutting and magnetic strength during production.
100% final inspection plus AQL outbound sampling, with a documented report included in every shipment.
Our 30+ machines are maintained in-house to keep tolerances tight and lead times short.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, EN71 and CE for toy-safety compliance, RoHS and REACH for material safety, and BSCI for social responsibility. Certificates are available on request.
Our factory produces over 50 million fridge magnets annually across three dedicated production lines for magnetic paper, soft PVC and hard enamel products.
We run a 4-stage QC system: incoming material inspection (IQC), first-article approval, in-process hourly sampling (IPQC) and 100% final inspection (FQC) plus AQL outbound sampling (OQC). Every shipment includes a documented batch report.

Standard production is 10-20 working days after sample approval, depending on order size and product complexity. Rush orders are available for small quantities.
