Send your artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, JPG) or describe your idea. If you don't have a design, our team develops one for you — free. We'll advise on shape, size and material based on your goal and budget.
Within 48 hours you receive a digital mockup showing your design on the actual product. We refine until you're happy — typically 1-3 revision rounds.
For custom molds or premium products, we produce a physical sample (5-7 days). You approve the sample before any mass production begins.
Production runs 10-20 working days depending on quantity and complexity. We share progress updates and photos from the production line.
Every order passes 100% inspection. You receive a batch QC report with photos before shipping.
We ship via DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight with full tracking. Most European orders arrive in 5-10 working days.
