Step 1: Magnetic Sheet Production
Ferrite powder is mixed with rubber compounds and pressed into flexible magnetic sheets. The sheets are magnetized with a multi-pole pattern for stronger hold.
Step 2: Printing
Artwork is printed onto paper or PVC using UV digital or silk screen printing. For hard enamel, the design is transferred to a metal blank and baked with enamel colors.
Step 3: Die-Cutting or Molding
Flat magnets are die-cut from the printed sheets into final shapes. 3D soft PVC magnets are made by injecting liquid PVC into a steel mold, then demolding and trimming.
Step 4: Assembly & Lamination
Printed faces are bonded to the magnetic sheet. Premium products get a protective lamination or epoxy dome for extra durability and gloss.
Step 5: Quality Control & Packaging
Every magnet passes a visual and functional check — including magnetic strength testing. Finished products are packed into retail packaging or bulk cartons for export.
